All my grading's are based on that given in the Record Collector Rare Record Guide and for further piece of mind offer the following refund policy:
I would very much like to retain, and indeed add to my 100% feedback rating so please In the unlikely event any purchaser of any item from me feels that the item is not as described and/or is unhappy with the item, provided I am advised of the issue within 7 days of receipt of the item I will refund in full with no arguments once I have received the item back. Please contact me for any issues that you have rather than just leave a negative rating, I am open and willing to sort any issues out to every ones satisfaction, again a s a buyer for a long time myself I know how disappointing it can be if things are not as they appear once received, in addition if their is any item you wish to query or any aspect of the item you want more info on again contact me and I will be happy to answer any questions where I can.
please be aware, I have no facility to play the record therefore, albeit as detailed as possible, the description is based on careful visual observation only.
I am based in Southern Spain in order to minimise the cost of shipping from here I use the standard economy parcel service to the UK and beyond, if you wish the further peace of mind of an insured protected service please let me know and I will be happy to quote you a revised shipping cost in this case.
I do not make any profit from P&P charges, the cost you pay is the cost to me.
Due to other commitments, I carry out one postal run per week every thursday, providing cleared funds are released by Wednesday evening your item will be dispatched.
All records are carefully packaged in custom made sturdy mailers.
Combined purchase postage discounts may be available, and I am happy to offer where i can but please be aware however due to the scale of charges here in Spain this may not be possible, so please contact me prior to paying for your items to confirm any combined postage discounts if available.
Buyers in Spain please contact me for shipping costs as these I can post at a lower rate.
