I have owned this EP from new and can say that it has not been heavily played.

I am not an expert in grading these items but have added some photos below for your inspection.

Shortly after purchasing this album, foolishly (I was only 12 at the time!) I protected the edges of the sleeve with sellotape. This has been mostly removed but is still slightly evident as the photos show. The reverse cover has a small strip of the lamination missing (approx. 2.25" x 0.5") along the bottom edge when the sellotape was removed.

The vinyl itself shows little wear and is generally in good condition for it's age. However, Track 1, Side 2 ("Thirty Days") does have a surface scratch and produces a slight "click" for part of the track when being played - but does not jump. 

I have played this on my very sensitive Technics Hi-Fi system and considering it is now 54 years old, it sounds good.
