DESCRIPTION
Chuck Berry - “Rock ’N Roll Rarities” Chess Records CH2-92521 (Stereo) from 1986. Hard to find Original Vinyl Rockabilly / Pop / Teen / Roots Rock ’N Roll Double album from Chuck Berry. Features “20 Magic Tracks from the Golden Era of Chess Records” including Demos, Unreleased versions, Stereo Remixes and more. Produced and Remixed by Steve Hoffman. In the Original Shrinkwrapped Cover with NO Cutouts. This is a First Pressing as indicated by the Runout Vinyl / Matrix markings that read:

CONDITION
The Sleeve is in its Original Shrink Wrap and in great shape. There is some slight corner softening, an old price tag on the shrink and a gold promo stamp over the barcode on back. Super solid with no splits, stains, tears, cutouts, writing, etc. and would rate Near Mint. The Vinyl is in pristine Glossy condition looking barely played and possibly even Unplayed. If you really look closely you might be able to spot a couple faint scuffs but with the exception of a scuff on songs 4 and 5 on side 4 which does not affect play in any way is very close to New condition and still easily NM overall. The Labels are also Near Mint.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
Very Good Plus (VG+): Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK.
Very Good (VG): Surface noise will be evident upon playing,... Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.
I stand by my grades but would like us to be on the same page so no problems arise. I have been selling Vintage Vinyl for over twenty years on the net and I can count the returns I've had on one hand so I believe my grading is fair and accurate. One important note, I try to grade to these Goldmine guides as best as I can understand and apply them. This gives us both a written standard to go by rather than having to guess. But.... it also means that I don't issue refunds over differences of opinion in grading i.e. "That's not MY idea of a VG record!" - I don't know what your standards are and, as such, can't grade to them. I guarantee that items I sell will meet my description, nothing more or less! If you are not satisfied that a purchase meets my description, I will do what I can to make it right if you give me the chance and work with me! Please feel free to check my feedback.
