On offer here is a VERY RARE original issue of the “Swings and Sings“ EP by CHUCK BERRY, released on CHESS Records. This EP was only ever issued in AUSTRALIA.

Cover:
VG MATT FINISH ON BOTH SIDES: moderate handling wear, minor discolouration/soiling and scuffing along seams. Noticeable amount of writing on back—name (top-left) and tracks underlined & annotated (bit unsightly). A semi-circular cut near the opening edge in an attempt to recreate a 1950s style cover!
Record:
VG+ beautiful sheen, some light surface scuffing; audible: punchy, vibrant sound, despite some underlying surface noise; labels: HARDLY ANY SPINDLE WEAR! On each side, there is a name and 3 letters next to each track—no idea what the letters stand for!

M: Absolutely NEW—perhaps still in shrink-wrap.
M-: Slightly less than MINT.
EX: Very light wear and/or creasing—defects will be noted.
VG++: Slightly less than EXCELLENT.

VG: Some ring-wear and other signs of aging are apparent—defects will be noted.
VG-: Slightly less than VERY GOOD.
G: More obvious ring-wear, seam-splits, stains etc—defects will be noted.
M=MINT, EX=EXCELLENT, VG=VERY GOOD, G=GOOD
NB: Brackets indicate the cover is between one grade and another—eg. VG+(+).
