PLEASE SEE/HEAR VIDEO!  Although the record has a few visually-noticeable scratches and scuffs which do not seem to affect play, the audio fidelity sounds rather fuzzy and spitty to me.  Perhaps it is the way the record was pressed or maybe this is a bad pressing.  (The former seems more likely since other audio files I have found online of this recording sound equally fuzzy.)  Be sure to listen to the video playback!  I don't want you to be disappointed.  (Plain white sleeve)

This record is from the private collection of legendary radio personalty and musicologist, Dr. Demento.  He has decided to pare down his vast vinyl library... and you are the beneficiary!  He has quite a collection, so I trust you will be pleased.
