THE CICADELICS-45-“We’re Gonna Love This Way” b/w “What Can I Do?”-Psychidelic Sound #1001-MONSTER & HOLY GRAIL 1966 Angleton TEXAS Garage-Punk. No need to describe. You all know from assorted comps. Cicadelic Records label named after the band. DEADLY.
Condition: Record is difficult to grade exactly; this was from a jukebox, so there are the light but evident jukebox ‘spirals’ on both sides, lighter on the A side; very little wear, with some wear on outer deadwax into the intro (both sides) that then spirals a quarter of an inch in-you know-the jukebox spiral… To give a stab at a grading-I’d have to say better than a G+, closer to a VG-, but not quite a VG-; somewhere in between; actually a decent copy-the spirals are the main blemishes on this with a couple of very slight surface scratches on B side evident in certain light angles. Plays FANTASTIC with nearly NO background noise, A side in particular-plays VG+ or better …keep in mind the ‘spirals’ are very light and can be seen, but not heard, or barely heard. Overall a really decent copy.
Label clean both sides...has one or 2 small white blemishes on A side (see photo), one or 2 even smaller on B side.
