I'm no expert and grading can be subjective but in my opinion this record is in very good to excellent condition. Some may even say near mint. No scratches on vinyl at all.

This comes with the original sleeve which is also in very good condition

The cover can be rated good (some may say very good). It has a small peel / scratch on the very bottom back side (see pics)
