Offered is Cindy Malone, Is it Over Baby, on the Capitol label # 5629 from 1966.  This northern soul record is in super shape with almost no marks of any kind.  The flip side is "It's up to You".  This record on my scale grades NM-.  I listen to all  my records to determine level of background noise, and any pops or skips.  This one has minimal to no background noise due to wear.  Good Luck Bidding.
