Cisneros & Garza Group - "Funky Nassau" b/w "I'm a Man" (L-Z-E)
Offered here is a pristine stock copy of one of the finest, rarest Funk 45s ever to storm out of Texas! This is the only copy I've ever run across in almost 2 decades of digging in Texas. Two massive sides here: The A-side is a tough, heavy cover of "Funky Nassau" and the flip, "I'm a Man" is a monster slice of fuzzy Funk with a sound very much like Ebony Rhythm Band's "Drugs Ain't Cool." Killer production, heavy beats and funky flute reign throughout! Have a listen to both sides below...
