Record looks in good shape. Looks like standard signs of use. Looks like it needs to be cleaned properly. No significant scratches or damage. Paper sleeve does have openings on the sides, typically from people pushing in the record, and it starts tearing on both left and right sides of the sleeve. The cardboard art does have some creases scratches and signs of shelfware, but overall in great shape.
