THIS is a RARE 1957 Black Gospel LP   ~ "NEWPORT SPIRITUAL STARS"  featuring  CLARA WARD and THE FAMOUS WARD SINGERS  -  THE DRINKARD SINGERS and JEFF and CHARLES BANKS, on the SAVOY(Deep Groove) Label  # MG 14013 , White Sleeve.

Master Numbers:    RVG    MG 14013A    X20    1       C    and      RVG    MG14013B    X20      1       B , are machine stamped in Dead Wax.

Vinyl:   Strong  VERY GOOD  Condition                 Jacket:  Strong VERY GOOD

Descriptions of label flaws which are visible in photos, such as, ring & center hole wear, writing , stickers, air bubbles, tears, etc., are not listed below, unless such are not clearly visible in the pictures.

NO SKIPPING , POPS , WARPING.

Very mild surface noise.    

Several scratches and light scuffs, numerous very light superficial scratches.    Several very mild ticks and a few light crackles here & there.    Several spindle trails on labels.

Jacket:  A  2 1/4" split at top corner(repaired).  Light wear on seams and spine.
