        Clarence Ashley (Columbia 15489-D) The Coo-Coo Bird / Dark Holler Blues 
      A rare and fine record, both sides of which feature Clarence Ashley's voice and banjo picking on two outstanding classic performances of early recorded country music. Recorded on October 23, 1929 in Johnson City, Tennessee. yy          Condition - looks V with light scratches and lams, mostly inaudible. A 2 in. lam starting the edge on Coo-Coo side doesn't affect playback. Plays loud and clear with minimal background.
