Description
You are bidding on an original pressing of the Beach Boys' classic album, Pet Sounds-Capitol #T2458, in mono. As most collectors know, the mono pressing of this album is the most desirable of the recordings as the stereo pressing was not true stereo; the mono recording is far superior in sound.
The LP is in VG+ playgraded condition (there are no skips whatsoever, as I just played this from front to back yesterday), with some background noise during the quieter passages, but nothing to interfere with the overall sound of the music. Visually, the LP has some light scuffs and superficial scratches, but again, nothing serious, and certainly nothing that warrants concern over sound quality. The album cover itself is also in VG+ condition. Some light ringwear on front and back, slight creasing in bottom right hand corner. Strong spine, no seam splits, writing, punch holes, cuts, etc. Overall a great album given how old it is.
