Conditions : laminated cover on the front shows some small creases in particular along the edge of opening side. GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Note : musica composta e diretta da Claude Bolling. Bella colonna sonora basata su molte canzoni dalle coinvolgenti ed aggressive sonorità rhythm & blues e con alcuni brani strumentali assai raffinati dotati di ottime vene jazz. Fra le canzoni emergono prepotentemente quelle interpretate da Gerry Beckles : " Good Cook ", splendido R&B dal ritmo vivacissimo dettato dai fiati e dalla batteria, " Get that Feelin' " altro R&B da ballare a perdifiato con eccitanti improvvisazioni dell'organo Hammond ben supportato da chitarra e batteria, " I Can't Tell You " R&B ancora con piacevoli vene beat, Hammond, chitarra con un particolare suono emesso dal pedale wah-wah, ritmica molto sostenuta. Molto interessante anche " Make Love Number One " interpretato dal gruppo femminile " The Girls ", anche qui sonorità R&B con notevole presenza della batteria, Hammond e sezione fiati. Infine " Once More " buona canzone beat con vene soul interpretata da José Bartel. Tutte le canzoni sono interpretate in Inglese salvo " Voici le Jour " brano di ottimo stampo cantautorale, composto da Bolling con l'ausilio di Guy Bontempelli, cantato in Francese da Danielle Licari.  Fra i brani strumentali : " Vivre la Nuit " (a 3) suggestivo tema malinconico con una buona chitarra e un vocalizzo femminile di sottofondo, " Blue Strip " buon tema jazz con sax e basso in risalto e supportati da Hammond e batteria, " Purple Night " brano tendente al jazz ben guidato dal pianoforte con strumenti a fiato e in sottofondo vocalizzi femminili, " Blue Beat " con vene soul e jazz caratterizzato dal buon lavoro della batteria e dal suono dell' Hammond.

Notes : music and orchestra Claude Bolling. Nice soundtrack based on many songs from exciting and aggressive rhythm & blues sound and with some very sophisticated instrumental tracks featuring excellent jazz veins.  The songs performed by Gerry Beckles outstand strongly : " Good Cook ", a superb R&B from the hectic pace underlined by brass section and drums,  " Get that Feelin' " another R&B for dancin' at breakneck speed featuring exciting Hammond improvisitations well supported by guitar and drums, " I Can't Tell You " R&B again flavored by some pleasing vein of beat sound with Hammond, guitar from a special sonority by wah-wah pedal and characterized by frenetic rhythm. I would also mention " Make Love Number One ", performed by the female group " The Girls ", a wild rhythm & blues song supported by a great drumming and brass section. At last " Once More " nice beat song with some soul flavor performed by José Bartel.  All the songs are performed in English except for  " Voici le Jour ", a refined composition by Bolling with the support of Guy Bontempelli, sung in French by Danielle Licari.  Among the instrumental tracks : " Vivre la Nuit " (a 3) evocative gloomy theme featuring an excellent guitar and a female wordless vocalism in the background, " Blue Strip ", a refined jazz tune with sax and bass in the foreground well supported by Hammond and drums, " Purple Night " jazz-oriented track well led by piano with the presence of the brass section and wordless female vocalisms in the background, " Blue Beat " characterized by jazz and soul veins featuring an excellent drumming and Hammond sound.
