We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. 1967 RARE MONO FIRST PRINTING ...LOVELY PSYCH ART SLEEVE FOUND ONLY WITH THIS ALBUM!

MOST collectors may remember not liking the stereo mixes on this Lp - it was/is the RARE mono pressing that provides the deep rich sound clarity. And you know what? We located a nice clean first printing in MONO and the monaural sound is superior over the stereo mixes.

The TURTLES - GOLDEN HITS LP highlights several of the groups classic singles released in the '60s, including "Happy Together," "It Ain't Me Babe," and "She'd Rather Be with Me." However, the bonus is the LP also highlights a few excellent B-side 45 mixes  like the excellent "Grim Reaper of Love,"

Whether singing one of their original tunes or something by Warren Zevon (surprise, surprise) the boys had the golden touch for harmonies and big, lush arrangements. Maybe it was just the studio echo/reverb or the mix, but whatever it was it sounds just as good today as it did then. We've all heard "Happy Together" for it to be instantly recognizable;  And between the psychedelic/art deco front cover with the Turtles head shot photos surrounded by naked nymphs, and the pose with Charlie on the back, it's a pretty great album. Of course the boys went on to play with Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention This collection has the great Warren Zevon song on it and, again, the breakdown in Grim Reaper is unbelievably heavy ...

CONDITION: The cover: Solid and colorful gets the "EX" (excellent) grade on front and VG++ on back(touch of shelf rub only), front is closer to M- has no split seams, no bends, no writing. 

The vinyl: very bright and shiny, top rated M- and plays smooth and clear. Play graded entirely outstanding here ... both MONO labels are clean
