Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Original 1977 first pressing...the rare and desired GERMAN "Virgin" label pressing of a great psychedelic-laced progressive echo-guitar dominated album by the legendary Krautrock "ASH RA (TEMPEL)"

Blackouts mainly delivers dreamy soundscapes dominated by sublime electric guitar leading the tracks.

The album opens up with 77 Slightly Delayed. It's a up-tempo tune featuring Manuel Göttsching's sequencer and echoey guitar, filled with spacey-driven atmosphere and bringing a nice melody to the track. Overall a nice dreamy soundscape, with a wonderful hypnotic guitar solo.

The album's atmosphere doesn't vanish, and continues with the beautiful Midnight on Mars, feturing a fascinating aura with the sequencer and keyboards and then a majestic guitar solo to give the song a melody in which will head into a magical, sleep-coma.

The album continues with Don't Trust The Kids which is conected with the following one, Blackouts. With sequencer, a soundscape follows created by the keys. The song delivers another guitar solo which is, once again, delightful. Blackouts soon starts, with a slightly faster robotic sequencer. The title track has a stunning guitar solo all throughout the song and ends up with  odd sound effects, similar to lasers shots from sci-fi movies.

Then follows Shuttle Cocks, in the vein of the last two  with a groovy rhythm all through, yet another great tune, and makes the album's state more diverse.

The album ends with the electronic, spacey epic called Lotus which is compromised by four parts. The melody is made by a synth, while the guitar is just in the background with the sequencer giving the rhythm of the song. The middle of the tune transforms into a chaotic parallel, with dissonance everywhere created by the sequencer and keyboards, soon it revolving back to the tracks beginning.

CONDITION: The cover: Fragile and delicate the original pressing is pretty nice "EX" (excellent) with no alarming problems, just some light past handling that shoud not be a problem...the seams are solid, no writing, bright colors...collectible appearance...

The vinyl: all smooth and clean, M- looks fantastic and plays as nice as it looks. Clean Virgin labels...
