Description

We are offering for sale an original Mono pressing of the self-titled LP by CLIFF JORDAN. This was released in 1957 by Blue Note Records and is catalog # BLP 1565.
• Deep Groove labels with the "47 West 63rd New York 23" address. • No trademark "R" in Blue Note and no "Inc" on back cover address. • Matrix / Runout: "BN-LP-1565-A" and "BN-LP-1565-B" with "RVG" (stamped) and Ear (etched).
We are play grading the vinyl at VG+. There are some occasional ticks in parts, some slight surface noise, but overall plays beautifully. There are some scuffs, particularly on the A-side, where there is a scuff that covers about the 2/3 of the side, most likely caused by a spindle drag.
The cover has no seam splits. There are a few dinged corners (see photos) as well as some minimal wear. A previous owner has written their name in blue ink on the back cover (see second photo).
We rarely see records like this in such good shape these days!
