A rare original issue, and a tough one to find.
PETER GREEN was in the last year of his time with the band he has formed, it was with Fleetwood Mac he had cut some of their heaviest deepest blues and rock - but then he let go of the band he'd formed, and he was receding from the upfront band leader to a shell shocked recluse!
He did play with his revered US blues heroes, such as Memphis Slim, and still enjoyed playing guitar.
Here's his manager recording a single with the Fleetwood Mac guys backing him up.
He also recorded "Man Of The World / Before The Beginning" on 7". Neither single sold many copies.
HOMEWORK is a great romping tune with characteristically wonderful backing, and of course, with typically brilliant guitarwork!!
It was a favourite track Peter recorded, but didn't officially release with Fleetwood Mac.
CONDITION;
The disc is in VG+ shape, the 'A' side perhaps VG.
Lables are EX, bright with no stickers or writing
