Description

CLIFFORD JORDAN & SONNY RED :: "A Story Tale" :: Sealed LP! You are bidding on a sealed copy of the 1961 LP "A Story Tale" by tenor sax player Clifford Jordan and alto sax player Sonny Red. It also featured Tommy Flanagan "or" Ronnie Matthews on piano, Art Davis on bass, and Elvin Jones on drums. This was released as LJP 40 on the Jazzland label.

     This album is fully sealed in shrinkwrap. I cannot verify that this is the original plastic, however. I have taken a close-up photograph of the rear top-right corner, where there is a fold in the rear sheet beneath the shrinkwrap. The corners are all a bit rounded by the pull of the shrinkwrap over the years. The seams are all strong and free from shelf/shop wear. There is a bit of a remainder of a sticker on the outside of the plastic on the front cover but it is impossible to discern what it may have once said.
