SEVENTH ALBUM from this perenial British boogie/blues rock band showing them moving into far more diverse musical terrain. The bands penchant for funky backbeats are re-inforced by a solid drum 'n bass groove throughout the album without forgoing their blues rock heritage. The key to this album can be found in the quality of their songs which are far more sublime than previous and bathed in lush instrumental arrangements.

Peter Haycock's guitar is splendedly fluid whilst Richard Gottehrer's production eases the transformation from trad blues rock to a new mid American vibe perfectly. A wonderful band and this album is right up there in the CBB cannon as one of their best.

This auction is part of a fantastic collection of seventies rock which I was lucky enough to acquire. Most of these records were stored with the utmost care and sparsely played. Some were possibly never played or may have been for just a handful of times.

Vinyl: Superb super shiny clean condition - unplayed. No spindle marks and no other signs of use. Grades as shop fresh MINT!

Cover: Again, no signs of use. Issued in a beautifully illustrated cover. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, no ring wear, no split seams and no creases. Spine is perfectly straight, stiff and completely uncushed. Displays the merest hint of storage wear. Grades as top almost shop fresh MINT-!
