Cover : Vg+   Light creases, wear and small tear here and there (see pics).
Fragile laminated thin gatefold cover has light stains and discoloration for its age. 

Vinyl : Ex+  Looks almost unplayed NM, No paper scuffs or any marks. 
Opening quiet part of each sides has very light surface noises. Plays fantastic throughout! 



Grading is basically by visual inspection, but being a long-time record collector, I've gotten pretty good at it.
I will mention honestly if I play graded, which I do if it seems necessary.
