Matte white Gatefold sleeve (same as used for the Trauma/Art editions) painted by John Balance (in similar automatic manner as the Moon's Milk Bonus CD sleeves) Signed on the inside and dated July 10th, 2002 e.v.

Three titles / inscription's in JB's hand:
“Looking forward to the Total and Absolute Suppression of Pain (Hirst)” 
(the title of a work by Damien Hirst)

(curiously, with what appears to be a very faint line going through this second title)
