Collector’s Overview & Highlights
An extraordinary archival discovery for Northern Soul and Memphis soul connoisseurs. Colette Kelly's 1969 Stax/Volt powerhouse double-sider "City of Fools" b/w "Long and Lonely World" remains one of the most coveted crossover soul 45s on the label.
While the majority of surviving copies are beat-up club spins or worn jukebox discs, this copy is genuine New Old Stock (NOS)—preserved in dormant archive storage since 1969.
