An iconic album of it`s time - 1970. My sister and I bought this album from HMV Oxford Street when it came out and gave it to my father for his birthday - hence the writing on the album - I`ve photographed it. It`s in Stereo on the Deram label (Decca Records). SML-R-1045.
The Album is in realy good condition - there is only one surface mark and it doesn`t seem to affect the playing - as I`ve played the album through. It probably needs a good clean - I`ve given it a surface clean, but it hasn`t been played for about 20 or more years. My father was an avid Jazz fan, and he died in 2009. the cover is OK except a bit yellowy round the edges with some rubbed marks on the very edge of the opening.
I can`t grade it as Dealers do because I don`t fully understand the grading system - (I bought an album that was supposed to be `very good` and it was unplayable!)
The Album plays well and without jumps, clicks, hiss etc.
