Description
This auction is for Flamenco Fever Direct-To-Disk LP recorded live at The Club “El Matador” in Los Angeles in 1977 with Ken Kreisel's RealTime Recording Process and pressed on German Teldec. It is considered by most audiophiles worldwide to be one of the finest recordings ever made.
Vinyl is close to NEAR MINT condition with 2 and ½ audible clicks at the very beginning of the first song on the side Two and it’s almost not disturbing, since it’s so early to the listening. Otherwise, the surface is in a pristine shape – very hard to find this quality in these days.The cover is in very good to near mint condition.
When friend of mine brought Flamenco Fever LP to me to play it on my stereo system, he cautioned to keep volume under the control – his friend blew up his speaker while playing it too loud. This LP will test your cartridge and tone arm tracking ability and if played loud (when real fun begins), also the structure of your dwelling. The sound is sooo powerful, clear and beautiful. I haven’t listen to a record similar like this ever.
