COLUMIBA 33CX 1467/1468 - Grieg Lyric Pieces Volumes 1 and 2
1st UK Columbia edition of the wonderful recording of Greig's Lyric Pieces which will 'ever continue to hold a secure and homely place in our affections."
Record 1 is in EX condition - a lovely example with just two very light and wispy markings towards the start of side 1. Superbly clean labels. XAX 1041-1N & 1042-3N matrix.
Record 1 sleeve is in VG+ condition with some light peeling to the laminate on the front - this is only faint.
Record 2 is in superlative EX+ condition. Superb throughout with very few markings. Once again, pristine labels. XAX 1043 - 2N & 1044 - 2N.
Record 2 sleeve is in neat EX condition with just a little ringwear and slight wear to the laminate.
A top set all round.
The record is in superlative EX+ condition with very few markings to the playing surface/labels. Playing through with minimal surface noise, even in the 'piano' or 'pianissimo' sections.
The records have been cleaned professionally on a Moth MK2 record cleaner.
A note for buyers
Selling records is very much part of my 'day job', and I grade all records strictly to Record Collectors' grading system. Records are sent securely, out of the sleeve as to protect seam splits through transit. All records are sent with specialist 'double thickness' stiffeners in high quality industry standard 'Music-O-Max' mailers. I do not have to be reminded to pack things carefully. When leaving feedback and 'stars', please note that I only charge the cost of the postage, not for packing materials or for anything else - I do not see many other people doing this at all!
