SETTLE IN FOR A LONG RUN OF COLLECTABLE LPs OF VARIOUS MUSICALS STYLES. This is a reasonably priced ORIGINAL LATE 1950s COLUMBIA MASTERWORKS 6-EYE LABEL STEREO U.S. PRESS LP containing a performance of Beethoven's 'Eroica' Symphony No. 3 as performed by The Columbia Symphony Orchestra, Bruno Walter conducting. It is Columbia Masterworks Stereo catalog number MS 6036, rigid vinyl deep groove pressing, 6-eye labels. Record is STILL SEALED in the original soft poly inner bag that Columbia Records used for their inner sleeves during this period - The soft poly inner bag is perforated along one edge to allow for opening and subsequent use as the inner sleeve - The soft poly inner bag here has never been opened, the perforation is still fully intact, the record has never been out of its inner bag and is in 100% pristine untouched condition. Condition of cover is a low to mid VG+ with a 1" split at the bottom of the spine, a small worn area on the bottom left side of the front cover, some light brown mildew discoloration on the back cover, some ring and contact wear, and some wear along the edges and on the corners. Cover has no tears, writing, or stickers. This pristine untouched rigid vinyl deep groove '6-eye' vintage press LP would make a nice addition to any classical record collection!
