COLUMBIA STEREO First Issue turquoise/silver label UK orig. 1958
I have acquired a large classical collection of wonderful recordings from a very keen and dedicated collector.
They are all mostly from the late 50s to mid 60s - Something of a Golden Age in Classical recording
All records are inspected very carefully and Gradings are based on Record Collector magazine.
I try to only offer recordings in a minimum of excellent Condition unless it is something particularly rare when I will do my best to describe any visual or audible flaws

CONDITION SLEEVE - EXCELLENT - Rear Sleeve has some faint signs of foxing and mild wear as you might expect from
an LP of this vintage ( 50 years plus)
CONDITION - Vinyl Side ONE Visually and audibly VERY CLOSE TO EXCELLENT
there were 4 light pops for 1 revolution about 5 mins into band 1 and 1 further light pop
for 1 revolution towards the end of the band
Side TWO Visually and audibly JUST UNDER EXCELLENT
there was one light pop for 1 Revolution at the start of band 1, 1pop for 1 rev midway band 1
and 1 pop with very mild distortion for one revolution towards the finale of the side .
Beethoven’s wonderful 6th Symphony had its first performance in 1808.
