BRAHMS PIANO CONCERTO No. 2 HANS RICHTER-HAASER BERLING PHIL KARAJAN COLUMBIA 1st PRESS 1959 BLUE SILVER LABEL SAX 2328 STEREO VINYL LP

Bidders may notice that the following grading description is very similar to many other similar 1950’s classical LPs I currently have listed or am going to be listing over the next few weeks.  This is due to the almost identical, practically ‘archive’ condition of the entire collection.  Do check out my other listings if these are of interest.  I am adding records every day.

Sleeve Condition: NEAR MINT: almost ‘as new’ condition. Just a trace of shelfwear to the laminate, otherwise in simply extraordinarily well kept condition.

Record Condition: MINT: Looks and plays like a brand new record.  It shows no evidence of evidence of having seen a turntable, is unmarked and plays flawlessly.  A beautiful example.

This is only one of many similar LPs I have currently listed or will shortly be listing.  They are all from a small collection of early classical Decca SXL and EMI ASD Stereo and some Mono LXT and CSD LPs.  All are in the most extraordinary, Near Mint condition.  It would not be an exaggeration to describe the entire collection as in, ‘archive’ condition.   In 25 years of record dealing and over 40 years of collecting myself, I have never come across records so perfectly cared for is almost perfectly preserved inner and outer sleeves.
