Description
An excellent set of early blue / silver label pressings of Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro conducted by Carlo Maria Giulini. Featured vocalists are Eberhard Wachter, Elisabeth Schwarzkopf, Fiorenza Cossotto, Giuseppe Taddei and Anna Moffo. Columbia SAX 2381-84. SMS 1010 on the box spline. Complete with booklet.
This is an excellent set of original pressings. The edge of the box top that opens has come away. Otherwise both the box and records are excellent.
I try to grade records accurately. Most records are play graded.
Quoted shipping in the domestic U.S. is by Media Mail. Quoted international shipping is by USPS first class international mail. Heavier packages must be shipped by USPS International Priority mail. I prefer to combine shipping to save costs. Generally in the U.S. each additional record adds about $.60 to the shipping charge. On international shipments, each additional record generally adds about $4-$6 to the shipping charge. All shipping will be quoted at the end of the listing(s). Records are shipped in heavy cardboard mailers designed specifically for LP's with bubble wrap or cardboard inserts for protection.
If you feel that my description of the record is inaccurate in some respect, you can return the record for a refund of the full purchase price (less shipping).
If you want a record held for future shipping, please email me so I know that is your intention. I prefer that you pay for the record at the time of purchase since ebay charges me at the time the sale closes.
If you have any questions about the record, please ask them before the auction closes. I will assume that all bidders know what they are bidding on and I will not accept returns becuase the buyer bid by mistake etc.
