GRADING:
COVER: NEAR MINT MINUS The sleeve is in lovely overall condition for a 50+ year old record. There is very light shelf wear to the front of the cover, and a very small crease at top of the back. The spine is almost perfect and the cover is generally very clean. Three of the corners show wear - I have tried to show all of these very minor issues in the photographs. Hopefully you will agree with my grading of this cover, but you should be able to see exactly what to expect very clearly in my photographs.
RECORD: NEAR MINT MINUS I was ready to grade this at NEAR MINT, as it seemed to be visually perfect. Under strong light I found that there was a very small mark at the beginning of side two, which results in about the first minute or so of the side playing with about 30 consecutive very light ticks. I have managed to photograph the mark, see above, with a pencil point for scale.
Apart from this first minute of side 2, the entire record plays with almost no background crackle at all. It looks and sounds beautiful.
[No spindle marks.]
I have priced this in line at what I hope is a fair price to encourage a quick sale and not have to mess anyone about with the disappointment of an auction.
This record has been cleaned using an Okki Nokki record cleaning machine and is supplied in a MoFi Original Master Sleeve, as can be seen in the photographs.
This will be sent in a good thick cardboard mailer.
