Description

This auction is for CONGOS - HEART OF THE CONGOS congo ashanty records   The cover for this release is vg+ looks great and is still partially covered in the factory shrinkwrap.  There are some dings to the bottom corners a small amount of clear tape at the opening on both sides and this has turned brown with time but could be removed. There is a name written along the opening to both sides and this is quite small.  Overall a great looking sleeve that displays real well.  The record a original Congo Ashanty pressing from 1978 is vg+ there are a few scuffs to the sheen and a couple of marks but this record is  very clean and looks great and sounds even better. A rare and now legendary set produced by Lee Perry not often seen and this one is in great shape do not pass on this one.
