Single comes with orange Tamla Motown sleeve.   It does have a black felt tick mark on it though.    This aside the sleeve still looks very good.

All singles will be dispatched within a new rigid white cardboard sleeve.

Some hardly noticeable and extremely small fray marks aside.    This Tamla Motown label still looks great.

VINYL APPEARANCE

VERY GOOD

There are surface marks and some occasional light abrasions on both sides of the single. 

AUDIO QUALITY

On the B-side there is some light background popping.   However the overall audio delivered by the Contours is excellent.

Dear collector, we are the BARRACLOUGH Brothers of CollectableVinylRecords. 

Sam and I have established a reputation as a TRUSTED supplier of  RARE vinyl, based upon HONEST and THOROUGH descriptions of our items.     Together we have undertaken the task of selling our father’s extensive record collection, which he has amassed during his time as a DJ and MUSIC CRITIC.  It’s a considerable, and unique vinyl collection of albums and singles with many rare items included.  In addition to the known rare records there are many DEMO and PROMOTIONAL items, which were not available for general purchase making them highly collectable.  The chronology of the collection stretches from the early 1960s to the early 1980s.   Within this period, there is a concentration of records released between 1965 and 1969 - a seminal era for music that is reflected by its collectability.    Although the spectrum of musical genre is varied, this collection heavily features PSYCHEDELIC, FREAKBEAT, PUNK, MOTOWN and NORTHERN SOUL.  

Fresh RARE records will be listed regularly, ending in the evenings, but as a rule of thumb ~ Expect numerous Sixties PSYCHE, GARAGE and FREAKBEAT Singles to finish on a SATURDAY with mostly Sixties SOUL, MOTOWN and NORTHERN SOUL 7” finishing on a SUNDAY. 

  ~ Consider    ”PSYCHE SATURDAYS“ and ”SOUL SUNDAYS”   as you’re Collectable Vinyl Records weekend.

We have a data-based collection, using the RARE RECORD PRICE GUIDES' grading scale (If you are unaware of this grading system please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will reply as soon as possible with the guides description). As you can see in the description there is a grading given for VINYL and AUDIO QUALITY.  This is necessary because a record may seem poor quality when viewed, but when played the AUDIO QUALITY is often excellent.  Conversely the VINYL QUALITY may seem excellent but when played the AUDIO QUALITY can be quite poor.

We will offer a FULL REFUND (INCLUDING P + P) if you find that any of the gradings (OUTER SLEEVE, LABEL, VINYL or AUDIO QUALITY) given in the listing do not match the description of RARE RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM.  A FULL REFUND (INCLUDING P + P) policy prohibits scammers, but more importantly ensures our TRUE COLLECTORS will have complete piece of mind.  As you can see by my feedback, we have attained a STRONG REPUTATION based upon the ACCURACY of my description, COMMUNICATION with clients and a quick and PROFESSIONAL postage.  So, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied, please notify me within 48 HOURS of receipt that you are returning the record and we will deposit your refund via PAYPAL.
