CONWAY TWITTY Shake It Up / Maybe Baby 45, 1957 ROCKABILLY Mercury 71148x45.  Both sides are visually a strong VG.  Both sides play very clean, EX.  Clean labels.

FYI-  This 45 came from a collection that seemed to be stored in a humid place (i.e. basement) as there was some water condensation (white in appearance, perhaps mold?) that I cleaned off.
