Mono.  The B side of the record is  "Funky Old Town." This record is a highly sought-after classic by a funk legend.  This is an unusual regular 45 stamped for DJ use.  The A side is stamped "For Demonstration Use Only Not for Sale"  There is also a radio station date stamp...both stamps are smeared but the labels are otherwise clean, brightly colored and have no wear.  The DJ-labeled records have the A track on both sides (mono and stereo). Warner Bros. Records WB 7575. The track was produced by West Coast soul artist Bobby Sanders and written by Sanders and Benny Cherry.  The white labels are clean with no wear.
 This promotional 45 is from a box of 45s stored for years from a radio station that played middle of the road music exclusively from albums.  I have visually graded the record and it most certainly has never been played. I have not played the record so please let me know if it turns out there is a problem I didn’t spot.
I will ship well padded in a sturdy box and provide a new generic white sleeve.
