Description

Lot is for a very nice condition album:  COPELAND CONDUCTS COPELAND: FIRST RECORDING OF THE ORIGINAL VERSION--APPALACHIAN SPRING (COMPLETE BALLET)--Columbia Chamber Orchestra--part of the Columbia Records 'MODERN AMERICAN MUSIC SERIES'. 

This 12", 33RPM album is in excellent condition.  The vinyl is clean, without scratches or blemishes, the labels are solidly affixed and with full color/gloss, the jacket is off-white to buff, and the cello center windows are present and secure.  The sleeve is colorful and in great condition on the obverse, but has some foxing/discoloring issues on the reverse, but does not affect the readability of the text on the reverse.  There is an approximately 2 1/2" split at the bottom edge from the sleeve opening.

Overall, a very nice edition of an important piece of Americana.
