All records are removed from the sleeves or jackets to prevent seam splits and ring wear, except sealed records. If you want your sealed record opened and removed from the jacket (a good idea to prevent seam splits) let me know before you pay. I pack items as securely as possible so they get to you in the condition stated, but light enough to keep your shipping costs down. If you require extra thick packaging, contact me BEFORE you pay. I may reuse suitable sturdy materials. Most items go out within 3 days, remember media mail takes up to 9 business days, business days do not include weekends. Its rare but media mail can take over a month to reach people. Priority mail is available, just ask and i can send you an invoice.
Grading This is done visually. It is physically impossible for me to play each record i sell all the way thru. My grading system is based around the goldmine standard. I have some extra "-" & "+" that i use. The letter grades can also be applied to a number grade of 10 or M (best) to 1 or P (worst). If you are confused about the grading ask a question. I have been collecting records for over 20 years. I list all flaws as well as assign a standard grade familiar to most collectors. Remember opinions can vary greatly on what is allowable, thats why i list flaws in the description. Be sure to read as well as look at the large clear pictures i provide.
