NOTES: Jimmie Rodgers was one of them most important first generation country recording artists.  Hailing from Meridian, Mississippi and discovered at the "Big Bang of Country Music" sessions in Bristol, Tennessee in 1927, he was a prolific recording artist whose life was cut short by tuberculosis in the 1930s.  Ken Burns devoted an entire episode to Rodgers in his mammoth 2019 Country Music documentary series.  Here's a chance to grab some real country music history, affordably.  There are 15 different Jimmie Rodgers records on this week's auction, all at $10 starts.  Buy 'em all, combine shipping
