Authentic, ultra-rare SWEET THUNDER audiophile LP. Half Speed mastered from the original analog tapes and custom pressed on Teldec high quality, high density, virgin vinyl.
Record is new and sealed in it's original shrink-wrap. Bottom corners are dull otherwise, like new.

Review: Into The Fray Volume 1, recorded live circa 1981, provides a good overview of Country Joe's solo career (with a couple songs from the Country Joe and the Fish days thrown in). It's still a very good album and representative of what you might experience if you saw him live. About half the tracks feature solo material, while the other half has him backed by a great electric band.
Sweet Thunder: An audiophile label specializing in re-issues of the late seventies, early eighties. half-Speed Mastered only from First Generation analog masters, Sweet Thunder paid meticulous attention to detail and sonic nuances like few other high end labels of the era. Their releases are characterized by the massively extended dynamic and frequency range, near-compulsive attention paid to the integrity of the pressing and highest quality of the material: only the "virgin" (audiophile-grade) vinyl was used, and most LP albums were pressed at RCA/Victor and/or Warner-Pioneer corporations of Japan... both known for extremely fine sounding records.
