Description
COVEN Wicked Woman vinyl 45 White Label promo + PIC SLEEVE MERCURY 72973
Here is the rare original WHITE LABEL PROMO U.S. vinyl 45 rpm record and PROMO PICTURE SLEEVE of COVEN "Wicked Woman"/"White Witch Of Rosehall”. It is on MERCURY #72973 and this is the rare WHITE LABEL PROMO 45. It is in as NEAR MINT CONDITION as you'll probably ever find and is beautiful! A side and B side is shown, and you'd be hard pressed to find even a light scratch on the vinyl. The label is incredible and has that nice beautiful original smooth finish to it. When the radio station received it, they wrote the date received (10-7-69) on the back of the sleeve, jotted "pop/go" on it, then shelved it until now. The picture sleeve is otherwise in beautiful condition too! No solid folds, no major tears, no stains, etc. It's got a cool pic of the band, and a "dictionary" definition of "coven" on it. You'll be quite pleased with the entire package! Very hard to find, and rarely offered.
I’ve been selling since January 1998 on Ebay with the same seller ID. I have an extensive unsorted library of “underground rock” 45’s and LP’s from the 1967-1972 era, and some other earlier promos like this one that were never played. I acquired them from a radio station that had changed from rock to country during that time. Most of what I sell, like you see here, was received, marked on the label (or in this case the sleeve) with the date received, then shelved and NEVER PLAYED. Therefore, the vinyl is pristine and shiny. Item will be packaged well for safety in shipping. Buyer pays choice of shipping: First class shipping, which is $3.85 in the U.S. or Canada; Book Rate of $2.38 is available if you prefer but it can take up to 10 days; Recommended Priority Mail is $5.25. It is suggested you add insurance based on final price: $1.75 for up to $50 insurance, $2.25 for above $50 up to $100; I include insurance FREE for final bids over $100. Overseas OK, but if you win the bid, email first with your address so I can email you a shipping quote. This is an awesome vinyl 45rpm, and extremely hard to find. Your satisfaction is guaranteed--Bid with confidence.
