Description
first, NOTE: the picture attached is not an actual photo of the actual copy for auction, but a stock photo pulled from "thee internet". This one has SOME fade/ringwear to cover.
Coven "Witchcraft" LP. released late 60's or early 70's by Mercury, catalog# SR 61239. White Label Promo. Gatefold.
claim on cover: "Destroys minds & reaps souls" -----
track listing: Black Sabbath, White Witch of Rose Hall, Coven in Charing Cross, For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge, Pack with Lucifer, Choke Thirst Die, Wicked Woman, Dignitaries of Hell, Portrait, Satanic Mass
gatefold opens up to a picture of a "satanic mass" scene or something, with a nude woman being sacrificed or...? along with song titles. Then, you can flip a page forward and it is all the lyrics, in olde english font.
vinyl = upon first glance, looked unplayed. then upon closer examination, I could see a couple VERY faint/minor marks. Upon flipping over, I saw maybe 4 also very faint/minnor marks. onl more noticable upon closer examination.
cover = some visible wear/fade/ringwear throughout. Also in the upper left corner someone wrote a price over a sticker and left an indentation (pretty small). corners are a little stubbed, with pper right corner has a little it of crunch.
there is no original Mercury inner sleeve, if this came with one. This one just has a little plastic inner sleeve.
