Rock lifers David Coverdale (Whitesnake) and Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin) crossed paths briefly but loudly in the early 90s, and now issued decades on from their short-lived partnership, this compilation sits adjacent to the 1993 Coverdale Page album rather than competing with it, pulling together alternate takes, radio recordings and off-cuts tied to that same blues-heavy phase. It documents two veterans recalibrating after the collapse of their flagship bands, with Page leaning back into muscular riffing and Coverdale adapting his vocal attack to suit a rawer Zeppelin rock ethic.
