C.P. Salt - Self-Titled LP Surrend Records, 1982
Rarely seen funk rarity from San Francisco! Signed by the entire band!
The record itself has some sleeve scuffs throughout that do not affect play. The B-side has a shallow stylus scratch that runs through the entire side. The scratch cannot be felt with a fingernail at any point and does not seem to affect play at all, as best I can determine. The scratch itself is hardly visible under normal light, as I wasn't even aware of it until placing it under a bright lamp. 
The sleeve has some ring wear on both sides, some scuffing along the top edge and slightly rounded corners. Also, the front cover features autographs from what seems to be the entire band (see below).
Overall, I would rate this record as VG, accounting for the disc and the damage to the sleeve.
