CRAIG [PIONEER] MODEL 910 REEL TO REEL RECORDER

$

78

Submitted for your bidding consideration is a fully functional reel to reel tape recorder manufactured by Craig, a former affiliate of Pioneer electronics.  Typically, earlier electronic items were sold under the brand name of "Craig Pioneer".  This unit is absolutely gorgeous and mighty close to mint condition.  I have taken this little beauty through its paces, and I cannot find one mechanical issue.  Everything works as it was intended.  The mechanical interior is bright and clean, obviously well maintained by the former owner(s).  I had to spray cleaner into one of the volume pots due to a little static noise which eliminated same, and replace a belt.........that was it.  This unit is truly a rare find...works perfectly, visually beautiful, and fully intact.

This is a stand-alone unit with onboard amplification and stereo speakers.  The fidelity of the speakers is better than most and will provide clear and full sound even without auxiliary speakers.  All you need to enjoy this little gem is feed in a tape and enjoy.  I can pretty much assure the eventual auction winner that he/she will be pleasantly surprised and tickled pink.  If not, simply send this item back to me in the same condition as received.  I'll cheerfully welcome her back.  Original power cord and rubber reel retainers are included.

T-lever transport control; 4-track mono/stereo play/record; channel 1 & 2 microphone inputs/auxiliary inputs/extension speakers; 3 digit index counter with reset button; channel 1/2 VU meter; 1/4" headphone jack; horizontal record slide switches; 2 channel volume & tone controls; power cord storage compartment; removable 2-piece head covers; removable protective lid with tape/reel storage;......much more.

So, if you've been looking for a good quality tape recorder you may not wish to look any further.  This is a quality item.....in quality shape.  You may find another for less money, or you may pay more for one in lesser condition, but finding one at this value is a rare occasion.  You decide!  Great addition to your reel to reel music/recorder collection. Good luck!!  Please note that I also have this item listed with a local consignment house, and I reserve the right to cancel this auction in the event that a successful purchase agreement is reached from that venue.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or comments.  The successful bidder must contact me within three calendar days from close of auction to finalize purchase, AND, payment must be received or transferred no later that eight days after auction closing.  Please add $29 for shipping to anywhere in the Pacific Time Zone., others may vary slightly.  This auction is restricted to the US only, sorry!  Thank you for taking a peek an this auction and don't forget to review my other auctions for similar items.  Good luck!
