Further Details:


First pressing with rainbow labels, white titles on front and blue text on rear sleeve.


"Drug Train", listed on rear as first track, is actually "TV Set", while "Mad Daddy" is "The Mad Daddy".


Track list order on sleeve doesn't follow what's printed on labels and plays on vinyl. This edition was quickly deleted.
