CRANFORD NIX - This is a ridiculously rare 4 LP set limited to 100 copies.  Each LP is numbered individually.  This set comes with 4 books filled with lyrics, memorials, interviews and pix.  Also includes four 5" x 7" color glossy pics of Cranford live!
The late Cranford Nix was the leader of the legendary punk/rock'n'roll cult band The Malakas and had a unique voice and talent.  He wrote amazing, catchy, clever, abrupt tunes ala  Nikki Sudden, Paul Westerberg, Keith Richards, TYLA, and Johnny Thunders! This set of 4 vinyl LPs include rare solo acoustic recordings of Cranford and some of his best songs with the bands he fronted before the Malakas: Semi Precious gems, Boomerang Bitchslap and Mars Needs Woman. This is a must have for fans of the 'Mats, the Dogs D'amour The New York Dolls etc....one of the great lost heroes of the 90s! R.I.P. Cranford.
