RECORD/ITEM FOR SALE:   The Rolling Stones "PAINT IT BLACK" 7" 45 on the US London Records label. It is catalog #45 901.

RECORD CONDITION/GRADE: The disc grades visually at vg+/78. The labels are ex/86 with name on both sides. The cover is vg+/76 with shelf, seam, spine, opening and corner wear along with marks/creases.

GRADING SCALE: I am the only lp seller on ebay who is not afraid to photograph a disc in SUNLIGHT! I try to give an accurate representation of the record with a numerical value. I infer that the records should play their visual grade. I have given a numerical grade to correspond to typical record grading for the approximate percentage of wear. For example, excellent/85 means the disc should have about 15% wear/marks from a NEW record. Sealed lps should be new. And when you get a NEAR MINT disc from me....it is NEAR MINT. 
MINT = 100
NEAR MINT = 94-99
EXCELLENT/NEAR MINT =90-93 (borderline near mint)
EXCELLENT = 84-89
VG+/EXCELLENT = 80-83 (borderline excellent)
VG+ = 74-79
VG/VG+ = 70-73 (borderline vg+)
VG =64-69

I try to make it like you are actually holding the item in your hand and with my photos and this numerical system allows you to get the best idea of exactly what you are buying. And really, isn't that what is truly important? I point out details and don't hide them like other ebay sellers! And yes I make mistakes especially cut and paste ones.
