Wasn't quite sure where to list, so it's here....I picked this up many years ago from a record store out of Utah. This 7 inch sleeve was provided to them (and other stores) with 20 patches. As you can read these were to be given to those who purchased the single. One patch remains inside this sleeve. Even has the rusty old staple at the slot. Pics give you a good idea of condition. Really cool punk item.
