THIS IS A VERY RARE DEBUT ALBUM FROM CREAM TITLED “DISRAELI GEARS“ IN STEREO ON THE ORIGINAL UK REACTION LABEL.

THIS IS AN ORIGINAL UK EARLY TRANSITIONAL PRESSING THIS IS ANOTHER CREAM RARITY.

THIS LP HAS TWO TRANSITIONAL DIFFERENCES COMPARED TO OTHER LATER PRESSINGS! PLEASE DON’T UNDERESTIMATE THE RARITY OF THIS LP.

FIRST - THIS LP HAS Av1 - B//3V420 MIXED MATRIX ENDINGS.

SECOND - THIS LP HAS RARE “MISCREDITED” LABEL WHICH WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED.  IF YOU LOOK AT THE PICTURE OF THE SIDE 2 LABEL YOU CAN SEE THAT THE BOTTOM CREDIT (AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE LABEL) IS MISCREDITED TO 'APPLE PUB. LTD.' WHEREAS ON ALL LATER PRESSINGS THIS CREDIT WAS CORRECTED TO 'COPYRIGHT CONTROL'

THE HEAVY VINYL IS VISUALLY GRADED IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.  Please see below a description of grades and note that this vinyl is 49 years old that has been played and will not transform into anything different to the condition stated.

THE BLUE REACTION LABELS ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH THE MISCREDIT APPLE PUB. LTD. ON SIDE 2

THE LAMINATED FRONT SLEEVE IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH CREASES IN THE LAMINATE, EDGE AND CORNER WEAR.

THE BACK SLEEVE HAS THE STEREO 594003 BOXED IN THE TOP LEFT CORNER INDICATING THAT THIS IS A TRANSITIONAL TO THE 1968 1ST REPRESS.

THE SPINE IS COMPLETE AND LEGIBLE BUT HAS FEATHERED DUE TO STORAGE.

Visually-graded vinyl: A visual grading will identify physical flaws (such as scratches) and can help determine whether a record has been cared-for properly. A visual grading will not identify noise or crackle caused by non-visible sources. Most of the records I sell are between thirty and fifty years old and so it is likely that there may be some background noise even if they look perfect.

Guide to grades used

Mint
Cover - Looks new - no marks, wear or damage
Disc - Looks unplayed - no marks visible

Near Mint
Cover - Looks virtually new with signs of handling- Minor wear creases but no marks or damage. Light sleeves may show slight discoloration due to age.
Disc - May have minor scuffs &/or hairline scratches caused by moving record in & out of paper sleeve

Excellent
Cover - Slight signs of wear on edges/spine, corners or ring wear. No damage caused by sticker removal/residue.
Disc- The record has been played and has superficial marks &/or hairline scratches and paper scuffs.

Very good
Cover - Moderate edge/spine or ring wear. Corners may be a little blunt. Opening edge may show feathering caused by removal of record. Visible creases or laminate lift. Localised sticker removal damage.
Disc - The record has been played frequently and has noticeable surface marks, occasional light scratches and paper scuffs.

Good
Cover - Heavy ring or edge/spine wear. Corners noticeable bashed. Heavy creases. Considerable laminate/surface damage.
Disc - The record looks very well played and the sound quality has probably deteriorated noticeably. A lot of  surface marks/scratches. Usually used as collection filler

I am not a dealer but an amateur collector selling duplicated items or records that I no longer want to keep (mostly due to space). I do not clean records (other than a dust with anti-static) and unless indicated in the listing the records have been only visually inspected.

To show your record has arrived safely and you are happy, please leave feedback and I will reciprocate.

I offer reduced postage rates for combined multiple purchases.  Usually I post on Thursdays or Saturdays.

Items are not insured and I will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. All items are properly packaged and I always obtain proof of postage.  Should you want to insure the item by registered post, please let me know and I will find out the additional cost. Please note that, whilst it it comparatively rare for items to be lost or damaged in the post , my part of the transaction contract is legally completed as soon as the item is in the hands of the Post Office. I will not, therefore, accept responsibility for any loss or damage by the Postal Services. Whilst I am happy to provide help and advice, all such claims remain the responsibility of and must be made by the buyer.

If the bidding exceeds £20 in the UK will be sent by courier at a cost of £5.50 and internationally by international tracked postage at a cost of £14.50 for Europe and £17 for the rest of the world. If the bidding exceeds £50 and less than £250 in the UK the item will be ONLY sent insured by special recorded next day guaranteed delivery post (insured up to a value of £250) at a cost of £9 and by insured tracked postage at a cost of £16.50 for Europe and £18.50 for the rest of the worls. There will be no exceptions to these costs.

I am happy dealing with international bidders but only accept PayPal and please contact for p&p costs.
