The record is in a lovely clean and shiny EXCELLENT condition, with only a few spindle marks evident with angled viewing.
I always grade and examine records under a bright table lamp and there are just a few light scratch marks on the vinyl, some of which may well have been transit scuffs caused by the inner sleeve. Certainly they have no effect whatsoever on the SUPERB mono sound quality and it is only these very light marks which stop me from grading this as near-mint. Sound quality wise it is difficult to envisage finding another copy which sounds as good as this. It is a marvellous example of this rare original LP.The labels are clean and free from any writing or major defects.
The record comes housed within a poly-lined inner sleeve in excellent condition.
The picture cover is overall in a VERY GOOD condition. It is a laminated cover printed and made by Ernest J. Day Ltd. It has been well protected by a PVC cover for probably most of its life and there is very little wear to report, apart from a very small area on the spine, where the text is difficult to read. There is a light crease in the top right corner and down the right hand side as well. With angled viewing there is a trace of ring-wear on the front, but not the back. The edges are unblemished and the corners show just a hint of wear, but very little. The opening edge is fine and appears hardly used. The back cover shows little in the way of fading nor is it grubby. There is no reserve on this item so please feel free to bid, but winning bidders - please pay promptly. If payment is a problem, then please do not bid.
The pictures shown are of the actual item.
All vinyl is sent DOUBLE-BOXED in professional boxes with the record removed from the cover and placed within another outer box for added protection and safe transit.
